For example, to help you obtain mortgage financing for your new home, we may provide financial information that you gave us to a lender. These service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than to provide this assistance and are required to protect personal information collected by them on behalf of Prudential or disclosed to them by Prudential and to comply with the general privacy principles described in this Privacy Statement.
Prudential reserves the right to disclose personal information to a third party if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order legally requires or authorizes us to do so.

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes, however, at your request and with your express opt-in consent we will share your name and other personal contact information with our third party suppliers who offer various optional services and products (for example, financial institutions and credit card issuers, auto loan providers, mortgage brokers, property appraisers, title companies, destination consultants), in order that they may contact you to provide you with the additional information you have requested.
